Today one of my property managers contacted my wife who then contacted me with a complaint about her garbage disposal. Fortunately, I have a great team, so I was able to send that complaint forward to my COO. She will handle it with the team there in Memphis. And that’s the importance of putting good teams together to help you reach your goals, and putting systems in place to make sure all the members of the team can stay apprised and do what they are best at doing. What could have caused stress was just a blip on the radar.
