As a Real Estate Investor, get used to taking and making lots of calls. Today I got one from one of the people helping me in a deal. He had questions. Good thing cuz I had answers. You will see that a lot of what I’m doing is LISTENING. That goes back to the 70/30 Rule. That means you listen way more than you speak. The guy on the phone needed clarity, but he was overthinking things, which you’ll see, too. Keep things simple in your deals if at all humanly possible. Ask clear and concise questions. Ray (the guy on the phone) is looking for investors in an 8-plex. See if you can put the details of the deal together after watching this. It’s fun stuff for me! Ray’s still learning, but he is having a great time, too.
