Today I’m going over the many changes my attorney suggests in my tenant lease agreement. That’s for my commercial property in Colorado. We landed a fantastic tenant and it’s really exciting, but I now need to devote the time necessary to reviewing changes to the agreement. It’s a part of what I must do as the CEO of this company.

I have lots of reading ahead as you will plainly see in this video entry! As you move toward doing larger and more complicated deals, you have this to look forward to in your activities. Don’t let it bother you and don’t let it deter you. Believe me… it’s a small price to pay for great returns and a lot of satisfaction you’ll feel as an investor.
