Today I’m inside my cabin. I like it. You’ll notice it doesn’t have a lot of excess. It’s not showy and luxurious, but it’s nice. It’s clean. It’s well made. The wood is beautiful. It matches the setting outside. And it fits my needs as the customer… the person staying at the resort!

In this case I’m the one being served. Interesting, huh?

That’s what you need to do, too. ALWAYS serve your customer. Of course, that takes us back to the beginning. You must KNOW your customer first. Whom do you serve? That’s the first question you have to ask yourself as an investor. Everything else in what you do will follow, because you’ll know the needs that have to be met each and every time!
