The event in San Antonio was really good. I met new people. I solved some problems. I answered lots of questions. Everyone I met there was awesome. I’m sure I’ll be back for the good pastor’s second annual event.

Oh, and I got to do something really cool. On the last day, which happened to be Sunday, I got to be a guest pastor. That was a new experience. It was fun. Reminded me to be thankful for a lot of things in my life. One is my CFO.

My CFO is GREAT! She keeps sharing and caring, not just in word but also in deed.

As you build your team, you want people who will always be honest with you… even if they don’t have the most positive message to deliver. They’ll keep your head on straight because they have theirs on straight. You can’t surround yourself with YES people (notice I didn’t say “men”). People on your team should be empowered to be truthful and tell you NO when that is the better answer!
